結構概要:
變位機主要由工作臺、回轉機構、翻轉機構、導電裝置、機架和電控箱組成。
工作臺安裝在回轉機構中減速箱輸出軸上,由回轉機構帶動回轉,其上T型槽,可安裝T型槽用螺栓,使工件穩(wěn)定地固定在工作臺上。
回轉機構主要由電機、減速機、擺動座組成。其傳動鏈為:電機-減速機-擺動座-工作臺。變速采用目前較為普遍的變頻調速方式。調速為無級調速,且控制簡單、可靠、易維護、易滿足焊接工藝要求。
翻轉機構主要由電機、渦輪減速機、半圓齒輪組成。其傳動鏈為:電機-渦輪減速機-半圓齒輪-回轉機構?;剞D機構中半圓齒輪通過齒輪傳動幅與安裝在底座上的渦輪減速機輸出軸上的齒輪嚙合,帶動回轉機構翻轉,以實現(xiàn)工作臺的翻轉。
導電裝置一端與擺動座相連,另一端為導電軸,直接頂住工作臺,可將焊接電流直接從工作臺導出。
機架主要起支承與連接的作用,其結構為箱型結構,具有很強的承載能力。其材料為Q235-A鋼材,焊后經(jīng)退火處理后再進行精加工,以消除焊接應力變形。
通過工作臺的升降、回轉、翻轉使工件處于焊接或裝配位置,可與焊接操作機等配套組成自動焊接專機,還可作為機器人周邊設備與機器人配套實現(xiàn)焊接自動化,同時可根據(jù)用戶不同類型的工件及工藝要求,設計定制各種特殊變位機。
Structure summary:
Positioner is mainly composed of the table , Rotary, flip mechanism , conductive device , rack and electric control box components.

Flip institutions mainly consists of motor, turbine reducer, semicircular gears . Its transmission chain : motor - turbo reducer - semicircle gear - rotating mechanism . Semi rotary mechanism is mounted on the turbine wheel and the base of the gear output shaft via a gear drive gear pieces , the rotary drive mechanism flip flip table to achieve .
Conductive device attached to one end of the swing seat , the other end of the conductive shaft , directly withstand the table , the table can be exported directly from the welding current.
Mainly from the support frame connected with the role , the structure of box -type structure , with strong bearing capacity. The material is Q235-A steel , annealed and then finishing after welding to eliminate welding stress and deformation .
