    用途與特點(diǎn)：Application and features:

　 1、本系列產(chǎn)品使用的強(qiáng)磁滾筒，用優(yōu)質(zhì)稀土合金釹鐵硼，并用特殊的制作方法制作而成。具有超高磁場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度、高磁場(chǎng)梯度。磁量可根據(jù)客戶要求制作1-10輥。（滾筒技術(shù)參數(shù)參見(jiàn)附表1）

    2、高強(qiáng)度超薄型傳送、分選膠帶。磁輥受傳送帶保護(hù)，無(wú)磨損，不易退磁。
    3、獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)入料系統(tǒng)，給料均勻，控制自如。簡(jiǎn)單使用的自重式平膠帶張緊、糾偏機(jī)械裝置。
    4、采用了新型軸向串極對(duì)斥磁系結(jié)構(gòu)，磁輥表面磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度與電磁感應(yīng)輥相比磁場(chǎng)梯度高3-4倍。
    5、物料不阻塞，入選料度可達(dá)50mm，分選效率高。安裝、維修及生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行費(fèi)用低，操作簡(jiǎn)便。
    用途：主要應(yīng)用于細(xì)粒弱磁性礦物（錫礦石、錳礦等）拋尾或精選提純；非金屬礦物（紅柱石、硅線石、藍(lán)晶石、石榴石、長(zhǎng)石、石英、金紅石、浩英石、剛玉、金剛石等）原料及產(chǎn)品的精制加工；去除各種磨料產(chǎn)品、催化劑及其他物料中的弱磁性有害雜質(zhì)。
